Having trouble? Here are the common fixes.

Notifications aren't firing

On Samsung and other manufacturers with aggressive battery optimisation, you may need to:

Open Settings → Apps → Good Boy Ben → Battery → set to Unrestricted
Turn on Alarm Mode in the app's settings — this uses the same privileged API as your phone's alarm clock
Make sure notifications are enabled for the app in your system settings

Reminders are the wrong time

Good Boy Ben uses your phone's local time zone. If you've recently travelled or your phone's time zone is set manually, open and close the app to refresh the schedule.

I want to change the alarm tone

Currently the alarm tone is built in. Custom tones are planned for a future release.

I lost my pill list

Your data lives only on your phone. If you uninstalled the app, unfortunately the data is gone — we have no cloud backup. Cloud backup is planned for a future version.
